YouthBuild International has cultivated local, in-country, and global partnerships. Local partners adapt and implement the program model providing an expanding 'real world' laboratory for testing the efficacy of the YouthBuild approach to education, training, job placement and entrepreneurship. Global partners have enlisted YouthBuild as their designated youth livelihood partner in multiple locations around the world.
YBI seeks partners with these features:
- Are aligned with YouthBuild values and principles related to youth development
- Have an established track record of high quality, effective work with young people
- Demonstrated positive outcomes that correlate youth success with program interventions
- The necessary organizational infrastructure to pilot, manage, and scale programs; and capture outcomes and learning from the implementation process
- Ability to mobilize public and private sector resources to support the endeavor
