Where We Work

YouthBuild International and its partners are currently managing three distinct phases of program development and growth across the global network of YouthBuild implementers.

Planning sites are locations where in-country leaders are either in the process of assessing the viability of bringing the YouthBuild model to their country context, or are developing full implementation plans for the first YouthBuild pilot programs.

Pilot sites have completed a planning phase and have launched adapted YouthBuild programs in their local communities.

Scaling sites have run pilot programs and are taking the model to the next level of scale within their countries with government, private sector support, and global NGOs and institutions.
